Hello! My name is Lupe and I am a home- based lash technician. If you have any questions on the process for getting extensions please feel free to contact me. POLICIES - A deposit is required upon booking and will go towards your appointment. It will be forfeited if you cancel with less than a 12 hour notice or no call/no show. - If you no call/no show, you will need to pay the FULL amount of the service missed before booking again. 2 no call/no shows will result in you being banned from booking in the future. - If you do not show within 20 minutes of the start time for your appointment, it will automatically be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit. - ALL fills will start at $50 for the first hour. There will be an additional charge of $20 for every 15 minutes past the hour mark-from the start time of your appointment. (1 hour and 30 minutes will be max aloud time for fills.) - If you come in for a fill with less than 40% lashes left it will automatically be charged as a full set. - In the case you have excessive fallout within the first 72 hours after your appointment, I will get you in free of charge. - Foreign fills will be a case by case basis. - Upon arrival, please remove your shoes at the door. Feel free to bring comfy socks! ** Please come to your appointment with clean lashes. No makeup on or around your eyes. Also, avoid caffeine before your appointment as it can cause your eyes to flutter.** *If you would like to pay the deposit over Cash App, Venmo or PayPal please message me through my Facebook or Instagram (@illumilashed) the date/time you would like to book. I will book it as soon as I can.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments that are cancelled with less than a 12 hour notice and no-shows will not receive their deposit back. If you cancel prior to the 12 hour mark you may use the deposit for up to one reschedule.
